12 types of cats

Landysh is an illustrator who started the Lingvistov project (school of English and an online store) that has become popular due to her funny drawings and posts about cats, sleep, food, relationships etc. because many people around the world can relate to them and see themselves in her illustrated stories. She likes taking something out of our everyday lives and finding comedy in it. Her drawing style is clean, based on lines and contrasting colours. Her cat Augustus is her muse and many of her works are based on life with him.
She loves cats. They are cute. They are independent. They can be good companions, but they are not needy. Besides nothing says “home” better than a house with a cat in it. It is THE perfect pet! Cats come in different shapes and sizes. They have their own attitude, personality and opinion about your weird habits. Every cat is as unique as a snowflake. But she believe it’s possible to at least try and classify them. So this is her classification of cat types based on first-hand experience and extensive research.

Attention, though: Cats are complicated creatures. Your cat can be a perfect representation of only one type or may combine several of them! Mine is just a useless douche… Hmm.
